Remember when I said I was a Minnesota native? Well, that means being part Eskimo for a good chunk of the year. Thank goodness for puppy snuggles from my 1 year old rescue pup, Willow, to help keep me warm!

I grew up in the wedding industry, so my love for weddings started at an early age. My grammy was a manager for a wedding dress boutique for the majority of my childhood & I vividly recall memories of being invited each year for"Bring Your Daughter to Work" days, {remember those?!} They were the highlight of the year for me. Now being the little girly girl that I was, being surrounded by gorgeous princess gowns was simply magical! But what really stuck with me through the years, was seeing the countless radiant smiles on all of those brides faces. I knew then that I wanted to bring that much joy & happiness to my clients in my career someday.
As I got older, my love for details, organization & exceptional eye for design attracted inquiries from friends and relatives to help plan their big days. Fast forward several years later, what originally started out as a fun creative hobby has blossomed into a business I'm very grateful for.
I have had the privilege of meeting and serving many wonderful couples. To me, it is an honor to be such an integral part on one of the most important and memorable days in a couples life together. I have also had the opportunity of building amazing relationships with talented vendor partners throughout the Twin Cities. As your wedding planner, this ensures you'll have a dream team of vendors on your special day!
Another important person you will get to work with on your special day is my sweet Mother {or as I like to call her, Madre} as she is always my assistant. Many past clients & vendor partners love to refer to us as "The Duo", which is really very fitting because on the actual wedding day she is my right hand. Where I take off, she picks up. She is a strong role model and essential cog in this beautiful little company's wheel of wedding planning magic.

Where is your favorite place to travel?
For me it would literally be a 4 way tie between London, New York City, San Diego & Cancun!
I know, I know, but let me explain. Three of my best friends from childhood are spread out coast-to-coast from Cali to NYC. Then, I had the amazing privilege to live abroad in London for 6 months & just being honest, who doesn't love a good tropical vacation in Mexico?!
What do you like to do in your free time?
I am a huge fitness lover! You can find me in the gym, walking our little Willow girl, and hiking outdoors.
I also adore theater including writing screen play. Last year I had the honor of having one of my pieces showcased at the amazing Minnesota Fringe Festival!
Cocktail of choice?
While I'm a huge fan of red wine, I do love a classic dirty martini with blue cheese stuffed olives.
What's something interesting about you?
I adore snail mail. This coupled with cursive handwriting and calligraphy simply sing to my soul.
To me, there's something so special about sending & receiving little love notes from those very sweet loved ones both near & far. I keep an old shoe box full of sweet cards & hand written letters from family & friends from over the years. At least once throughout the year I love to grab a cup of coffee or tea & re-read each of them.
